Join us for an exciting opportunity to showcase your products or sell food and connect with the community at our upcoming SFW events by registering for a vendor booth space today; be sure to specify which event you wish to attend. Once you complete your application, you’ll be directed to our secure payment portal for convenience. If you prefer to pay by check, please remember to send it or drop it off at SFW within *2 SFW working days to secure your spot and ensure a successful experience for everyone involved.

VENDOR RULES

  1. All Mail-in Entry fees must be paid in full online or payment at Southern Forest World (SFW) within *2 SFW working days before the event.
  2. A vendor must provide his/her own means of display (tents, tables, etc.)
  3. Information booths are encouraged to provide a game at their booth.
  4. Please mail the application and check to: Southern Forest World 1440 N. Augusta Ave. Waycross, GA 31503
  5. The deadline for a vendor application is *2 SFW working days before the event.
  6. Vendors can set up at 8 am at the earliest on the day of the event and must be finished setting up 45 minutes before the event starts
  7. No power, water, chairs, tables or tents are provided by SFW for exterior events.
  8. Clearing away all vendor’s material including trash must be done within 1 hour 15 minutes of the event finishing.
